Seven days to decide

You have 7 days from delivery or pickup to start a return. The product must be unused and in shelf ready condition. An unopened, factory sealed box qualifies for Fast-Track processing with no restocking fee.

Under $1,200 total invoice value

Fast-Track applies: full refund, store credit or exchange, no restocking fee, visual inspection only.

$1,200 and over

Full store credit or an exchange carries no restocking fee. If you would rather have the refund returned to your original payment method, a 20% restocking fee applies, calculated on the product price plus tax.

Store credit

Store credit never expires, is non-transferable and can be used online or in store.

What is not eligible

Products showing signs of use cannot be returned. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before riding it.
